The Atrium is coming in November: the appointment room where your assistant welcomes your customers

In a Roman house, the atrium was the first room past the front door. This is where the head of the house welcomed visitors, around the pool that collected the rain. People came there to talk business, ask for a favor, or make an appointment.
Our Atrium follows the same idea: a place where your customers are welcomed. It opens in November.
Like a video call, with one big difference
For a remote appointment today, people send a video call link. It's simple, and it works well for a meeting between people. But someone on your team has to be there, free, at the set time. And afterward, there are notes only if someone took them.
The Atrium keeps the simple link, and changes who does the welcoming. Your assistant welcomes your customer by voice, without a camera. It listens, answers, and guides them toward what you planned.
With a regular video call:
- someone on your team has to be free at the time of the appointment;
- they lead the conversation;
- afterward, all that's left are the notes they took.
With the Atrium:
- your assistant welcomes the customer at the planned time, even when you're busy;
- it follows the goal and the instructions you set;
- afterward, you have the full conversation and a clear summary.
Its strengths
- Nothing to install. The customer simply opens the link in their browser.
- Only the right person gets in. The link opens with a code sent to their email address.
- A room at a set time. A room can open at a specific date and time, in the time zone of your choice.
- Your goal first. Each room has its purpose and its instructions: what the assistant must get, what it can say, what it must avoid.
- The voice of your choice. You choose, from our voices, the one that welcomes your customers.
- Nothing gets lost. Your team reads the conversation and its summary before even calling back.
Your appointment room
The Atrium becomes your online appointment room, the equivalent of your video call link. When an appointment is booked with Angelus, the customer will be able to choose: a call on WhatsApp, or a conversation in the Atrium. Everyone takes the path that suits them.
In November
We already use the Atrium for our own conversations. We want it to be simple and reliable before we open it to your customers. It arrives in November: we will let you know here on opening day.
