The story of Angelus
We started with small businesses in French-speaking Africa. Their customers message and call them on WhatsApp, at all hours. During the rush, in the evening or on weekends, no one is free to answer. With no reply, the customer contacts someone else.
An assistant that answers like someone from your team. It knows your services, your prices and your hours, because you give them to it. Special requests go to your team, with the full conversation.
Today, on WhatsApp, Angelus answers messages and picks up calls. Whatever is left to do goes to your team's Work plan. The Atrium arrives in November: online appointment rooms where your assistant welcomes your customers.
We keep going in the same direction: whatever saves a small team time, one thing at a time. The day a new feature becomes available, we announce it in our news.

How we work
On the phone, it says so at the start of the call. In writing, it confirms it if someone asks.
It sticks to what you have taught it. It answers with the prices and offers you give it.
When you write to a customer, the assistant stays quiet with them for 30 minutes. If the customer waits 7 minutes without a reply, it takes over again.
Your contacts and conversations are isolated per business. We process them on your behalf, as a data processor.
